Scope

This policy applies to KESI Tools (kesi.cpsoho.net), operated by CyberPunkSoho (“we”, “us”).

Your files and input

Images, documents and text you use in our tools are processed on your own device. We have no server that receives files, and nothing is kept after you close the page.

Analytics (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate information such as page views, popular tools, device types, approximate region and referring sites, so we can improve the site. This never includes your files or input.

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser (names starting with _ga) and does not log or store full IP addresses. Google processes this data under its Privacy Policy.

Your choices

• You can accept or decline analytics and advertising cookies at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
• For visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, analytics and advertising cookies are not used until you consent.
• You can also install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Local browser storage

We use your browser’s local storage to remember the following settings. They stay on your device and are never sent to us:

• kesi-theme: light or dark mode
• kesi-lang: your language
• kesi-consent: your choice about analytics and advertising cookies

Third-party services

• Cloudflare: hosting and content delivery; processes connection data such as your IP address for security. Cloudflare Privacy Policy
• Google Analytics: site analytics as described above.
• Google AdSense: displays ads, as described under “Advertising” below.
• Hong Kong Observatory: the Chinese-language lunar calendar tool sends the date you look up to the Observatory’s open data API for verification, and nothing else.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

We use Google AdSense to show ads that keep the site free. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.

When you email us

If you email us, we receive your email address and message. We use them only to reply, never share them with third parties or use them for marketing, and will delete our correspondence on request.

Children’s privacy

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy when our services or applicable laws change, and will update this page and the date above when we do.
